  • Rebecca’s fee for finding and connecting all co-owners and creating a co-ownership structure

  • 7 – 14 weeks per year for your stays, plus last minute off-season bookings

  • Complete management of all propertyies without the hassle 

  • Investment appreciation potential, as you are a true co-owner of all properties in markets with high demand and growth potential

  • Option to rent out part of the unused weeks to offset monthly costs

  • Rebecca fee for bringing all co-owners together and the creation of the co-ownership structure

1/24th equity shares:

  • One-time LLC capital contribution: 160.000 EUR
  • Monthly expenses: 300 EUR 
  • 7 – 14 weeks per year for your reservations, plus last minute reservation in low season

Estimated Payment plan:

  • 1.000 EUR – Reservation contract (on signing)
  • 83.000 EUR – Joint-venture agreement (30.11.2023)
  • 48.000 EUR – Next payment (31.12.2023)
  • 28.000 EUR – Next Payment (31.12.2024)
